Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Wired for Business ("we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
We offer bespoke business support including, but not limited to:
Training and coaching programmes
Marketing consultancy and copywriting
Administrative and organisational support
Customised solutions tailored to client needs
Specific deliverables and timelines will be agreed in writing prior to commencing work.
2. Fees and Payment
A full breakdown of fees will be provided before service commencement.
Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. Amendments & Cancellations
Amendments to scope must be mutually agreed in writing.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.
For ongoing services, clients may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice in writing.
4. Delivery of Work
All deliverables will be provided in agreed formats via secure digital channels.
We aim to meet all agreed timelines but will notify clients promptly if delays arise.
Work is subject to client review and feedback within 7 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Original materials we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for intended purposes.
Clients may not resell or reproduce materials without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and discussions with strict confidence.
We will not disclose information to third parties unless legally required or with written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We aim for excellence, but we cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the affected service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
